Bachelor of Teaching (Early Childhood) and Bachelor of Education
Group B - Thursday and Friday

I have over 20 years of experience working in early childhood settings and I've been at Kedron Heights Community Kindergarten since 2012. I have a strong link to the Kedron community with my 2 sons having attended Padua College and my daughter currently attending Mt Alvernia College. My two brothers also teach at St Anthony's Primary School! I am passionate about the value of the early childhood years, celebrating the uniqueness in each child and the benefits of children learning through exploring and discovering through play. My passions include storytelling, nature play, children's social and emotional well-being and family.

Having worked in a variety of roles in the early childhood sector over the past 20 years, I am very excited to be a part of the excellent teaching team here at Kedron Heights Community Kindy. I look forward to sharing your child's journey and creating a wonderful year of amazing memories. I am a mum to 3 beautiful children – 2 boys and 1 girl. When I am not teaching I love to go on bushwalks, travel, read and listen to music. I also really like running!

I have over 15 years of working in the Early Childhood field and I began working at Kedron Heights Community Kindy in 2012. It is a joy to come to work and watch children's ideas evolve and friendships blossom throughout the year.

Diane Holland (Inclusive Support Educator in Group A)

Master of Special Education; Graduate Certificate in Early Childhood Education.

With almost 20 years of special education teaching and curriculum development under my belt, I am excited to come to work at Kedron Heights Community Kindergarten (where my 3 children also attended) and provide inclusion support to see these beautiful kids thrive. Helping kids find their voice through effective communication has always been my passion and this is a wonderful place for me to be while I take a slight detour in my career and study to become a Speech Pathologist.
